Alterations Policy

At RTL MANILA, we take pride in creating made-to-order pieces crafted just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we do offer alterations to help achieve the perfect fit. 

Alteration Services

We can accommodate the following adjustments (for both on-hand and made-to-order items):

• Shortening the length
• Taking in the waist, bust, or hips

Please note that we cannot add fabric or make size expansions with the existing garment.

Process & Fees

1. Evaluation: Before proceeding, we will assess the garment to determine the necessary alterations and provide an estimated timeline.
2. Cost: Alteration fees start at ₱150, depending on the complexity of the adjustments. The final fee will be confirmed after evaluation and must be paid before work begins.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to alterations, including sending the item to us and receiving it back.
