Shipping Policy

Please be advised on the following changes in our shipping policy:

We are now shipping our merchandise via GOGO EXPRESS. These are the rates for standard delivery depending on the weight of the package:

  • Metro Manila : Php80 - Php120
  • Luzon 1 (Rizal, Laguna, Bulacan): Php100 - Php150
  • Luzon 2 (Rest of Luzon): Php140 - Php200
  • Visayas: Php160 - Php220
  • Mindanao: Php180 - Php250

We offer FREE SHIPPING for a minimum order of Php3,000 (NOT APPLICABLE DURING SALE PERIOD).

For same-day delivery (Metro Manila residents only), you can order through our Instagram page. Customers can also book their own courier/rider for pickup. Please give us enough time to prepare your package properly.

Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed. Cut-off is at 6:00pm (Monday-Saturday), orders placed beyond that will be processed the next day. All orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Kindly give us 3-5 business days (Metro Manila) or 5-10 business days (provincial) to deliver your orders. Please take note of the following:

  1.  GOGO EXPRESS does not deliver on Sundays and holidays.
  2.  Delivery may take longer during the holiday season (minimum of 1-2 weeks) due to the courier's volume of orders, so delays are unavoidable.

RTL Manila will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to external factors that are beyond our control (surge of orders and deliveries during the holiday season, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, lockdowns, courier problems, etc.).

RTL Manila will not be held liable for lost parcels due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
