Return and Exchange

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

To avoid any inconvenience, kindly make sure to order the right size and color.

VALID REASONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE:

• Incorrect size (subject to availability)
• Damaged item upon delivery

To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the label and hangtag attached and in its original packaging. Original copy of the sales invoice should be included as well. Items that have been sent to alteration cannot be returned or exchanged. 

You have 7 days from date of delivery to return the items. SHIPPING COSTS (RETURN AND FORWARD) WILL BE SHOULDERED BY THE CUSTOMER.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. RTL Manila will handle the shipping costs of damaged items.

RTL Manila will not be held responsible for delays, loss or damages of parcels due to external factors beyond our control (extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.). In addition, RTL Manila will not be held liable for delays in shipment due to incorrect details given by the customer. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We will not accept returns on clearance / sale items.

Refunds

We only give refunds if an item was damaged upon receipt, or if the size you requested for an exchange is no longer available. Kindly return the item within 7 days of delivery. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed via GCash or bank transfer. Transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount.
