Cancellation Policy

 

We strive to provide the best service and ensure timely delivery of your orders. If you need to cancel your purchase, please review the following terms:

Cancellation Deadline

• Orders must be canceled on the same day they are placed, no later than 12 midnight.

Cancellation Process 

• To cancel your order, please contact us via Instagram or email with your order details.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is received before the deadline, a full refund will be issued, including the product cost and shipping fee.
• Cancellations made after the 12 midnight deadline will not be eligible for a shipping fee refund as shipping arrangements will have already been made.

Exclusions 

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. The customer has the responsibility of receiving the order and inform us that if he/she wishes to return the item. 
• Due to the custom nature of made-to-order items, cancellations or changes cannot be made once production has started. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
