1. How do I return a damaged item?
We always inspect every item prior to shipping. But in the event that you received a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible via email or direct message. Kindly return the damaged item to us within 7 days so we can process the exchange or refund. Shipping costs for damaged items will be handled by us.
2. Do you allow an exchange if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, we do. You have 7 days upon delivery to return the item. We ask that if you wish to return an item purchased, make sure that it's in its original condition with all the labels and tags attached, with the original copy of the sales invoice and using the same packaging that it was delivered with. Shipping costs (return and forward) for size exchange will be shouldered by the customer. For more information, please read our Return and Exchange Policy.
4. How to find the right size for me?
We provide all our products the necessary details including measurements to help you choose the right size for you. If you are still unsure of what size to get, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
3. When can I expect my delivery?
All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders made during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Kindly give us 3-5 days (Metro Manila) or 5-10 days (provincial) to deliver your orders.
4. What are your delivery rates / shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the customer's location. We use standard rates for each area based on the size and weight of the package.

Please be advised on the following changes in our shipping policy:
We are now shipping our merchandise via GOGO EXPRESS. These are the rates for standard delivery:
- Metro Manila : Php80 - Php120
- Luzon 1 (Rizal, Laguna, Bulacan): Php100 - Php150
- Luzon 2 (Rest of Luzon): Php140 - Php200
- Visayas: Php160 - Php220
- Mindanao: Php180 - Php250
Free shipping is available for a minimum order of Php3,000.
For same-day delivery (for Metro Manila residents only), you can order through our Instagram page. Customers can also book their own courier/rider for pickup. Please give us enough time to prepare your package properly.
5. How do I request for a refund?
We only accept refunds for damaged items, or if the size you requested for an exchange is no longer available. Please contact us via email or direct message so we can process your request. Refunds will be sent via GCash or bank transfer. Transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount.
6. What are your payment options?
We accept payments via PAYMONGO (credit cards, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, Unionbank, BillEase and QR Ph).
