Shipping policy

We are now using the following courier for standard delivery:

GOGO EXPRESS (For Metro Manila & Provincial)

Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed. Kindly give us 3-5 days (Metro Manila) or 5-10 days (provincial) to deliver your orders. No deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

*Please take note that delivery may take longer during the holiday season.

Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, RTL Manila will not be held responsible for any loss, damages and delays in delivery due to external factors that are beyond our control (the courier's surge of orders and deliveries during the holiday season, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.).

RTL Manila will not be held liable for lost parcels due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
